Julie Ratekin

Julie Ratekin is an experienced professional in community services, currently serving as the System Administrator for the Data Strategy Team at Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency since October 2021, after a diverse career within the organization. Julie has also held roles as the Assistant Director of Programs, overseeing emergency rental assistance initiatives, and as the Homeless Youth Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing frontline staff, coordinating with school districts, and raising awareness about homeless and trafficked youth. Prior experience includes the position of Youth Director at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, where Julie facilitated youth engagement and education. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Community Services from Michigan State University, earned in 2008.
