Dane Hicks

Dane Hicks is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Complex Finance Manager at Wayne-Sanderson Farms since December 2018. In this role, Dane is a key member of the leadership team at the Dothan complex, responsible for managing, developing, training, and mentoring a staff of six. Dane oversees monthly financial statements, yearly capital spending, budget preparation, and variance analysis, as well as ad hoc reporting to evaluate plant performance.
