Mark Witmer

Mark Witmer serves as the Executive Chairman at Wayne Savings Community Bank since January 2021, following a notable tenure as SR EVP Chief Banking Officer at Farmers National Bank of Canfield. Previous leadership roles include President/CEO at National Bancshares and Dealer Credit Manager and Chief Credit Officer at Farm Credit. Witmer’s extensive experience, particularly at Sky Bank where management responsibilities included overseeing a division that grew to $18 billion, is complemented by a background in agribusiness as an executive at Farm Credit Services of Mid-America. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Malone University.
