Latonya Riddle-Jones M.D., Mph

Latonya Riddle-Jones MD MPH currently holds the position of President at the Wayne County Medical Society of Southeast Michigan since May 2024. Latonya serves as an Associate Professor and previously as an Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine since September 2014. In addition, Latonya holds the role of Associate Center Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Karmanos Cancer Institute and serves as the Vice Chair and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for the Department of Internal Medicine at Wayne Health. Latonya is also a physician with the Wayne State University Physician Group and has owned The Original MoTown Candle Company, LLC since 2017. Previously, Latonya acted as the Medical Director at Corktown Health Center and worked as an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Physician at Haab Neighborhood Family Health Center. Latonya completed a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, following a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Michigan State University.
