Ericka Jackson

Ericka Jackson is an accomplished higher education administrator with extensive experience in admissions, student affairs, and fundraising. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Wayne State University since July 2008, Jackson is responsible for strategic recruitment efforts to meet enrollment goals. Previous roles include Assistant Dean for Admissions and Student Affairs, where oversight of JD admissions and student support services was provided. Jackson's experience also encompasses positions at the University of Michigan Health System as a Senior Major Gift Officer, and various roles at Wayne State University, including Director of the Damon J. Keith Collection of African American Legal History and Associate Director of Development. Jackson began a legal career as an Associate Attorney specializing in employment litigation and adoption law after earning a JD from Wayne State University Law School and a BA in English from the University of Michigan.
