Patrick Gossman

Patrick Gossman serves as the Deputy CIO at Wayne State University since July 2007, concentrating on community projects, research, high-performance computing, and wireless broadband technologies. In addition to this role, Gossman has been the Executive Director of the Community Telecommunications Network since February 1993, overseeing the management of the Educational Broadband Services spectrum. Gossman previously held leadership positions as Chair of the National ITFS Association and as a board member for the Wireless Communications Association International and ACM SIGUCCS. Gossman earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Wayne State University, completing the degree between 1971 and 1980.
