Trini Mathew

Trini Mathew is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship. Currently serving as the Medical Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and Infection Prevention and Control at Beaumont Hospital since March 2022, Trini Mathew also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at HealthTAMCycle3 PLLC. As a Clinical Associate Professor at Wayne State University, collaboration occurs with faculty from both WSU and MAHE, focusing on IPC, AMR, ASP, COVID-19, and healthcare worker resilience. In addition, Trini Mathew is an Associate Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Previous roles include Medical Director positions at Beaumont Health and Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, as well as faculty appointments at the University of Connecticut Health Center and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Trini Mathew earned an MPH in Clinical Effectiveness from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an MD in Medicine from Tver State Medical Academy.
