Wayne Township Public Schools
Lauryn Gadomski, M.Ed, BCBA, is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in special education and applied behavior analysis. Currently serving as the District BCBA at Wayne Township Public Schools since September 2020, Lauryn provides behavioral services for special education students, particularly in self-contained classrooms, and facilitates academic programs using ABA methodologies. Previous roles include special education teacher, ABA therapist, and coordinator, demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting academic and social growth in children and adolescents with autism and other developmental challenges. Lauryn holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Behaviorism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey.

The Wayne Township public school district consists of two high schools (Wayne Valley and Wayne Hills), three middle schools (Schuyler Colfax, George Washington, and Anthony Wayne), and nine elementary schools (Theunis Dey, Ryerson, Randall Carter, Pines Lake, Packanack, Lafayette, John F. Kennedy, James Fallon, and AP Terhune) and an Early Childhood Center at Preakness. These 15 schools serve more than 8,500 students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
