Grant Costello

Grant Costello has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Grant started their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative for Absolute Quality. In 2007, they moved to Protech Associates as a Solution Consultant. In 2010, they joined Altai Systems, where they held the roles of Application Development Manager, Senior Product Architect, and Sr. Solution Consultant. In their most recent role, they have been responsible for CRM deployments, legacy data migration, customizing the system to meet client needs, developing reports and processes, and integrating with other systems or third parties. In 2022, they joined WayPath as a Senior Consultant – Dynamics Developer, CRM.

Grant Costello received their education from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2001 to 2007. In September 2022, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification from Microsoft. In July 2022, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
