Kreg Gillman

Kreg Gillman serves as the Clinical Director and Executive Director at WayPoint Academy since May 2024, following a tenure as Chief Executive Officer at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital under Acadia Healthcare from January to April 2024, where oversight included 146 acute beds and coordination with over 330 staff. Gillman has extensive experience in leadership roles including Group Chief Executive Officer at UHS from 2014 to 2023, managing two behavioral health facilities, and previous positions as CEO at Montevista Hospital and RedCliff Ascent, as well as Clinical Director at Silverado Academy. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Psychology from Brigham Young University, an MBA from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a Master's in Counseling from Idaho State University.
