Morana Bakula

Morana was appointed to the board in June 2022. She is an accomplished executive leader and senior strategist who has helped Fortune 1000 brands transform their customer and employee experiences by providing innovative solutions that are user-centric, co-creative, and outcomes focused. She currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Design and Experiences Management at Bond Brand Loyalty in Mississauga where she provides strategic direction and leadership of Bond’s advisory practices and customer marketing, human experience, global insights, consulting, and experiential marketing.

She has also held positions as vice-president and director for Bond where she led cross-practice integration and the strengthening of relationships across teams. Morana also serves as Executive Sponsor of Bond’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy ensuring a more inclusive environment. She started her career as a learning and development specialist and has also held key roles in performance and business skills development.
