Soumya Ghosh

Soumya was appointed to the Waypoint Board of Directors in June 2021. He is an accomplished executive with 25 years of overall experience with proven leadership roles across the US and Canada, primarily managing and launching multiple market-leading products to deliver growth and revenue for large multinational clients within the banking, financial services, insurance, and airline industries. His global experience and expertise include profit and loss management, market development, technology, and business strategy, corporate governance, digital transformation, marketing/social media strategy, cybersecurity, and organizational transformation.

Soumya currently holds the position of Vice President at Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. He has held previous positions at Capgemini as Canada Market Unit Head, Global Account Executive, and Client Partner – Financial Services. He also serves as Director of the Board Member of the Finance and Governance Committee at Pine River Institute and Board Member at AlphaPlus. His previous Board experience includes the Institute of Corporate Directors and IGATE Technologies.
