Steve Parry

Steve Parry has over two decades of experience in the Canadian healthcare industry. Steve currently serves as the Director at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Lead Director and Chair of the Compensation and Governance Committee at Kovo Healthtech Corporation from November 2020 to April 2022.

Parry's career began in the late 1990s when they worked as a strategic advisor for Skara Brae Strategy Consultants Ltd. Steve then went on to work for Greengate Power Corp. and Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. before taking on the role of Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, and Chair of the Compensation and Governance Committee at Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. in 2011. Parry served as a member of Darwin Strategic Royalty Corp from June 2018 to January 2019 before becoming the Director and Board Chair at DIRTT Environmental Solutions in December 2011. Steve held this position until April 2022 when they assumed their current role at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care.

Steve Parry attended Queen's University, where they earned a BSc Honours in Geological Sciences. Steve then went on to earn an MSc in Geology from Western University. Additionally, they have a corporate director certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
