Chris Sears has a diverse work experience in sales, marketing, and brand development within the action sports, outdoor, and lifestyle industries. Chris has held various roles throughout their career, including Southwest Sales for Waypoint Outdoor, Principal Consultant at CS Brand Management Consulting, Retail Relations and Brand Development roles at Emerald Expositions, National Sales Manager at QALO Inc., National Sales and Marketing Manager at FiiK USA and Golf Skate Caddy USA, National Sales Manager at Ocean Minded, and Account Manager at Pro-Lite International and VERTRA - Elemental Resistance. Chris has demonstrated expertise in partnership development, sales and marketing management, attendee and customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and training and development of sales teams.

Chris Sears attended Point Pleasant Borough High School from 1994 to 1998. After completing high school, they enrolled at Barry University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training/Trainer. In 2019, they obtained a certification from the Skip Yowell Future Leadership Academy, provided by the Outdoor Industry Association.
