Janet Pirrello

Janet Pirrello has a strong background in real estate and asset management. Janet currently holds the position of Managing Director, Acquisitions at Waypoint Real Estate Investments. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Healthcare Trust, Inc where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of properties focused on senior housing and medical office buildings. Before that, they were a Managing Director, Investments at Blue Moon Capital Partners LLC, where they executed investment strategies and focused on acquisitions. Janet also has extensive experience at BayNorth Capital as a Senior Vice President, where they played a crucial role in making strategic and tactical decisions to maximize investor returns and manage risk. Janet began their career at CB Richard Ellis, New England Partners, LP where they served as a Senior Manager, overseeing property management for a diverse portfolio of office buildings.

Janet Pirrello attended Bentley University from 1982 to 1986. During that time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, as well as an Associate of Science (AS) degree in both Accounting and Management.
