Debby Fortson

Debby Fortson is a DV Advocate with experience at Waypoint Services from July 2013 to present. Debby also worked at Dubuque Community Y Domestic Violence Program from March 2006 to July 2013. Fortson holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Loras College and completed college prep at Southside High School in Gadsden, Alabama.
