Benjamin Kelley

Benjamin Kelley is an experienced professional in real estate development and construction management. Currently serving as Project Executive at WaypointKLA since April 2023, Benjamin leads the firm's Pittsburgh operations, focusing on developments across Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and Western New York. Prior to this role, Benjamin was Senior Vice President of Development & Construction at Piatt Companies, where involvement in the Ohio riverfront Esplanade project was pivotal. Benjamin also held the position of Director of Planning and Development at Oxford Development Company for 14 years, overseeing project management and coordination activities. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Mackin Engineering Company and Neighborhood Planner for the City of Pittsburgh. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning and Administration from the College of Charleston.
