Claudia Fidalgo

Claudia Fidalgo is the current Legal Counsel Manager at Wayra. Claudia has over 9 years of experience in the legal field, having worked for companies such as Telefónica S.A. and Telefónica Digital.

Claudia began their career in 2006 as a Senior Legal Counsel for Telefónica S.A., providing legal support to all Corporation departments, excluding M&A. In 2012, they transitioned to Telefónica Digital, where they served as a Senior Legal Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs.

In their role as a Senior Legal Counsel, Claudia was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with global and key partners and suppliers. Claudia also provided legal support in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Claudia has extensive experience in Commercial Law and Corporate Law, and has provided legal assistance in corporate and global projects such as Global Roaming, Global Services, Universitas, etc.

Claudia Fidalgo has a DEA in Administrativo (Telecomunicaciones) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Licenciada en Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Máster en Derecho Empresarial con Especialización en Nuevas Tecnologías y Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Nebrija. Claudia is currently a Licenciada en Derecho student at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Claudia Fidalgo reports to Andrés Saborido, Global Managing Director. and Jose Luis Amat - Legal Counsel reports to Claudia Fidalgo.
