Julie Holm Thorvaldsen

Julie Holm Thorvaldsen is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at WayRay since January 2020. Previously, Julie held roles as a Recruiting Consultant at Biveroni & Associates and volunteered at Open Arms Malawi. Prior to this, Julie worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Staffing and Mobility Specialist and at Enzian Ship Management AG as an HR Generalist and Management Assistant. Julie has also gained valuable experience organizing the European Summer School 2014 for the European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations and participated in various research projects during roles at institutions such as Queen's University Belfast and Diakonhjemmet Hospital. Julie holds a Master of Science in Cognitive and Biological Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Social and Culture Psychology from the University of Oslo.
