Debbie McDonald

Debbie McDonald is the Founder & CEO of Ways & Wane LLC since January 2020. Previously, Debbie served as the Development Director at Hospitality House from January 2016 to December 2019. Debbie also founded TEDxNevadaCity and organized the event during their time there from October 2012 to February 2013. Prior to that, Debbie worked as a Program Manager at High Tech & Nonprofit Marketing from June 1992 to September 2012. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University.
