Jennifer Cornell

Jennifer Cornell is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in language education and instructional design. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Lasso Engineering since March 2023, Jennifer has also held the position of Product Manager and Product Owner at Wayside Publishing since October 2015, where contributions include co-authoring the Entre Culturas III textbook. As Developer and Owner of Connect with Languages, Jennifer advocates for language learning and effective teaching strategies. Jennifer's previous roles within Howard County Public Schools included Coordinator for The Office of World Languages and instructional facilitator, with significant achievements in curriculum development and professional learning for world language educators. Additionally, Jennifer has experience training teachers through programs such as the NFLRC Startalk and has contributed to the Maryland State Department of Education as a Master Teacher and Trainer. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication and two additional degrees in Education and Organizational Leadership.
