Francisco Garcia

Francisco Garcia is the Senior Director of Operations at Wayside Schools. Francisco was previously a PYP Teacher at American International School of Mozambique from July 2012 to June 2014, where they were responsible for the implementation of the IB-PYP inquiry program. Francisco has also taught at different schools and has experience in planning, preparing, and delivering PYP lessons and unit plans. Francisco is also skilled in monitoring, recording, and assessing (formative/summative) pupils’ progress and development.

Francisco Garcia has a Master of Education from Arizona State University in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same school.

They are on a team with Janet Chandler - Network Registrar, Kimberly Torres-Mendez - Enrollment Manager, and Fernando Suarez - Facilities Manager. Estrella Amezola - Operations Manager, Maritza Gladyn - Director of Operations report to Francisco Garcia. Their manager is Matthew Abbott, CEO & Superintendent.
