Lauren Whitfield

Lauren Whitfield, Ed.D., currently serves as the Regional Director of Academic Health at KIPP Austin, while also working as a Senior Consultant for The Conscious Schools Project. Whitfield has an extensive background in education, including roles such as Senior Director of Leadership Development, Senior Director of Elementary Schools, Principal, and Assistant Principal at Wayside Schools. Previous positions include working as a Literacy Coach in Bastrop ISD and various teaching roles in elementary education. Whitfield holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin.
