Andrew Clark

rew Clark joined Wayside Technology Group in June of 2021 with over 35 years of experience as a finance and operating executive for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Clark most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Medisolv, Inc., a provider of SaaS based software solutions to hospitals and physicians where he led the all business operations, including finance. Mr. Clark’s experience includes serving as Managing Principal and COO of Evergreen Advisors, LLC, a middle market investment bank and corporate advisory firm; executive positions, including President of the East Regional Business Unit, with Verio, Inc. (VRIO-NASDAQ); numerous finance and operating positions, with Integrated Health Services, Inc. (IHS-NASDAQ), including Vice President Corporate Controller. In addition, Mr. Clark served as a member of the Board of Directors of SafeNet, Inc. (SFNT-NASDAQ) and Howard Bancorp, (HBMD-NASDAQ).

Mr. Clark began his career at KPMG where he served in various capacities, including Senior Manager. Mr. Clark received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
