Dianne Banoey, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Controller at Bournewood Health Systems, Principal Accountant at BMC HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan, and Senior Accountant at Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc. Dianne began their career as an Accountant at Abt Associates and held positions as an Internal Auditor at WinterWyman, Staff Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, and Accounting Intern at Internet Real Estate Group. Additional early experience includes a financial planning and analysis internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and work as an Administrative Assistant at the Social Security Administration. Dianne holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from UMass Boston.

Founded in 1977, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is a nonprofit, nationally accredited human services agency dedicated to building strength, hope and resiliency through its family-based outreach services, residential treatment programs, and community-based counseling services to thousands of children, youth and families throughout Central, Eastern and Northeastern Massachusetts.
