Wayside Youth & Family Support Network
Michelle Poor has over a decade of experience in youth support services, notably as a Transition Facilitator at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network since December 2012, where responsibilities include providing 1:1 counseling and support for young adults aged 17-24. Additionally, Michelle served as a Youth Outreach Prevention Project Facilitator, focusing on diverting at-risk juveniles from the justice system through positive engagement and individualized action plans. Previous roles include management at Clearwater Contracting and serving as an on-call FFS Clinician for mobile crisis intervention in 2013. Currently pursuing a CDAC degree in Addiction Prevention and Treatment, Michelle's educational background includes graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Mt. Ida College.

Founded in 1977, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is a nonprofit, nationally accredited human services agency dedicated to building strength, hope and resiliency through its family-based outreach services, residential treatment programs, and community-based counseling services to thousands of children, youth and families throughout Central, Eastern and Northeastern Massachusetts.
