Alice Heywood

Alice Heywood is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Wayspring since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Senior Counsel at HCA from March 2011 to September 2023. Alice's earlier experience includes serving as a Partner and Associate at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis from May 2005 to February 2011, and as an Associate at Stites & Harbison from 2000 to 2005.
