Mary Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Mary is currently working as a Senior Director in Risk Adjustment at Wayspring since 2023. Prior to that, Mary worked at Highmark Inc. from 2022 to 2023 as a Director in Risk Adjustment Programs, where they were responsible for driving programs and solutions for risk-adjusted products. Before joining Highmark Inc., Mary worked at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York for 14 years from 2005 to 2021. During their tenure at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, they held various roles including Director of Risk Adjustment, Director of Products and Services, Director of Business Planning and Product Management, Manager of Account Retention, Account Executive, and Actuarial Analyst.
