Bryan Smouse

Bryan Smouse serves as the Director of Application Engineering at Waystar since September 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with the business to define product features and the product roadmap, along with project planning and milestone development. Prior experience spans over 15 years in various leadership and engineering roles, including Manager of Software Development and Senior Software Engineer at eSolutions, Inc., where Bryan enhanced a web-based Medicare eligibility system, and Team Leader at Freightquote.com, where a dispatch call center was redesigned. Early career experiences include consultancy roles at Bradford & Galt and web development positions at Lockton Companies and Principal Financial Group. Bryan holds an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.
