Richard Hing

Richard Hing has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the polymer and medical device industries. Richard currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Americas at Zeus Industrial Products, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing sales operations in the Americas region. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Field Application Engineering, where they managed a global team of engineers and coordinated various activities to provide polymer and tubing solutions to customers worldwide. Richard also held the role of Global Sales Director, Contract Manufacturers and Strategic Accounts, during which they managed strategic business relationships and coordinated sales and support activities with global OEM accounts.

Before joining Zeus Industrial Products, Inc., Richard worked as the Director of Sales, Northern California and Pacific Northwest at AdvancedCath, where they developed and managed strategic accounts in the medical device industry.

Prior to that, they served as the Pacific Northwest Sales Manager at Vesta, a Lubrizol Company, and was responsible for managing sales to medtech OEM accounts in multiple states.

Richard's earlier experience includes roles such as Account Manager - Technical Sales at Norman Noble, Inc., Sales Engineer at Zeus Industrial Products, Inc., and Regional Sales Manager at DSM Thermoplastics. Richard also worked as a Product Marketing Manager and Application Development Engineer at A. Schulman, Inc.

Richard began their career as a Materials Engineer at General Motors, where they developed and specified thermoplastic compounds and composites for automotive applications. Richard also worked in advanced vehicle engineering and collaborated with various stakeholders to enhance product performance and quality assurance.

Richard Hing completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Michigan State University from 1980 to 1984.
