Glen Guan

Glen Guan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application and data architecture. At Waystar from April 2021 to December 2024, Glen served as a Senior Application Architect, successfully finalizing the money movement component for the Lockbox service and implementing Google Pay CNP web payment functionality for healthcare providers. Previously, Glen was a Senior Data Architect, where responsibilities included scoping system specs and architecting a new billing backend for various HIS/EMR/EHR systems. Prior to Waystar and Patientco, Glen worked at Bazaarvoice from June 2014 to April 2021, progressing from Software Engineer Intern to Senior Software Engineer, focusing on analytics, reporting, and distributed service architectures. Educationally, Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from The University of Texas at Austin.
