Kim Jenkins, MBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Client Success & Strategy for Hospitals and Health Systems at Waystar since June 2008, focusing on enhancing the healthcare revenue cycle through innovative cloud-based solutions. Previously, Kim held the position of Billing Office Manager at Women’s Diagnostic Center from January 2000 to June 2008, where responsibilities included managing billing staff, negotiating insurance contracts, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations. Kim's career began as an Associate Banker at BB&T from August 1999 to January 2000, handling customer financial transactions and branch operations. Kim holds an MBA in Business Administration from Sullivan University and a Bachelor's degree in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville, as well as additional certifications from the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Academy for Healthcare Management.
