Megan Deboer

Megan DeBoer, RHIA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Client Operations at Waystar, a position held since January 2017, following roles including Director of Client Operations and Strategic Initiatives and Performance Improvement Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as a Revenue Optimization Analyst at ZirMed and as a Patient Centered Medical Home Advisor and EMR Analyst II at Advocate Health Care. DeBoer began career at Midwest Medical Records Association, Inc., where roles included District Manager of On-Site Imaging Operations, overseeing substantial teams and high volumes of image production, and Account Manager of On-Site Imaging Operations. DeBoer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Illinois State University, awarded in 2006.
