Paul Sjoberg

Paul Sjoberg is an experienced technology professional specializing in developer experience and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Developer Experience at Waystar since October 2025, Paul previously held the same position at Iodine Software, where responsibilities included consolidating tooling across the development lifecycle and modernizing deployment practices. Earlier roles include Principal Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where Paul contributed to infrastructure management, DevOps tooling, and automating engineering processes. A foundational experience was gained as a Cost Analyst at Naval Sea Systems Command, where financial analysis for Navy shipbuilding programs was performed. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
