Sarah McDonough

Sarah McDonough is a seasoned professional in team member and client experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Team Member Experience at Waystar since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at Waystar from August 2018 to August 2024, including Senior Manager of Enterprise Client Solutions and Manager of Strategic Client Solutions. Sarah began a career in the fitness industry as a Fitness Coach at Fit Body Boot Camp from October 2017 to August 2018. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Louisville.
