Steven Arth is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Application Engineering at Waystar since March 2024, Steven has held prior leadership roles, including Director of Engineering at Charter Communications and BillingPlatform, as well as Senior Software Engineering Manager at Waystar. Steven's career began as a Software Programmer Intern at USS-Posco Industries and progressed through the ranks at Recondo Technology as a Software Engineer Manager. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines, completed in 2008, following high school education at Eads High School.
