Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Waystone since July 2024. Previously, Steve held the same title at Centaur, a Waystone Group Company, from August 2022 to July 2024, after the company's acquisition and rebranding. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate in Financial Reporting at State Street from June 2019 to July 2021, and as a Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services in early 2019. Steve began their career as an Audit Assistant at Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, from February 2014 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.Hons) in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Steve also completed the Intermediate (IPCC) and CPT programs at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
