Busya T.

Busya T. is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in the automotive and aviation sectors. At Wayve since July 2025, Busya serves as the Customer Program Manager. Previously, Busya held various leadership roles at Mobileye from August 2019 to July 2025, including Director of the SuperVision program, overseeing a complex L2++ autonomous vehicle initiative while managing multiple projects and teams. Prior experience includes project management at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and a security manager position at EL AL Israel Airlines, where Busya managed ground security operations. Busya began a career in the Israeli Air Force as a flight simulator instructor, training pilots and mentoring new instructors. Busya holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
