Kaity Fischer is the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Wayve. Kaity has over four years of experience in business development and partnerships, and has worked with some of the world's leading companies in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Wayve, Kaity was a Strategic Partnership Development Manager at Waymo, where they led the launch and ongoing management of operational Waymo One partnerships. Kaity has also worked as a Senior Manager, Partnerships / Business Development at Motional, and as a Student Consultant at Groupe Institut Africain de Management 2.

Kaity Fischer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's from the University of Michigan in the Departments of Communications and English.
