Richard Klatovsky

Richard Klatovsky is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer support and retail management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at PriceSpider since January 2022, Richard focuses on expanding content operations following the acquisition of Hatch. Previously, Richard held various roles at Hatch BV, including Director of BackOffice Operations and Customer Support, and Retailer Services Director, managing teams and overseeing retailer relations. Earlier career experience includes positions at Iceleads, ICEcat.biz, Fortron/Source, COM4, Lagardere Active, and Česká televize, where Richard developed expertise in sales, marketing, public relations, and communication. Richard holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Intelligent Transport Systems and a Master of Science in Marketing, Management, and Logistics from the University of Pardubice.
