Leo Popov

Leo Popov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Leo'smost recent role was as the Co-Founder and CEO of Wayy, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder of TrueCare24, a nationwide care platform, from 2015 onwards. Leo also has experience in business development, having worked as a Business Development MBA Intern at AdsNative in 2014. Before that, they held several roles at Red Bull, starting as a Merchandiser in 2002 and eventually becoming a Trade Marketing Manager and National Key Account Manager. Leo also worked at Unimilk as a National Key Account Manager in 2008, and at PepsiCo in various roles including Market Development Representative, Key Account Manager, New Business Sales Representative, and Customer Representative from 2002 to 2008. Leo has also worked as a Full-time MBA and Operations Graduate Student Instructor at the Haas School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Throughout their career, Leo has demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic planning, sales, marketing, and account management.

Leo Popov completed their specialist level degree in Manager, with a focus on International Industrial Management, from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov, from 1997 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Full-time MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they completed in 2015.
