Greg Sowden

Greg Sowden is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as Associate Principal at Wayzata Public Schools since July 2018. Previously, Greg Sowden held the position of Administrative Intern at Anoka-hennepin School District, where responsibilities included serving as an assistant principal intern at Blaine High School. As an English Teacher, Greg Sowden has taught various courses including AVID, AP Language and Composition, and 9th and 12th grade language arts, along with honors 12th and regular 10th grade English. Additionally, Greg Sowden has experience in coaching, having served as the varsity wide receivers coach and previously as the varsity offensive line coach at Maple Grove High School. Greg Sowden earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and holds a degree in Communication and Literary Arts from Saint John's University.
