Aaron Bertolucci, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Financial Representative Intern at Northwestern Mutual, where they implemented direct marketing efforts, reviewed client's financial situations, and utilized software programs to develop illustrations for clients. In 2019, Aaron joined WB Industries MBE/DBE and held multiple positions. As a Special Projects Coordinator, they conducted employee training for the Epicor ERP system and implemented it to manage various activities. Aaron also set up automatic financial reports for efficiency. Aaron then became a Sales, Marketing, and Estimating Coordinator, where they conducted process training, managed the downstream supply chain, and supervised the preparation of quote proposals. Subsequently, they served as the Information and Technology Supervisor, monitoring IT infrastructure for security, acting as a project manager for IT initiatives, and managing consultants and subcontractors for process improvements. Currently, Aaron works as a Project Manager at WB Industries MBE/DBE, responsible for defining project roles, preparing budgets, and executing project plans to meet stakeholder and customer needs.

Aaron Bertolucci, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Maryville University of Saint Louis in 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
