Mary Cruz -

Mary Cruz has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Mary started their career at Boral as a Regional HR Manager, where they provided strategic and tactical support in various HR functions. Mary then moved on to Crash Rescue Equipment Service, Inc. as a Human Resources Director, where they led changes and improvements within the organization. Most recently, Mary Cruz has been working at W&B Service Company as the Vice President of Human Resources, providing executive leadership and guidance to HR initiatives and collaborating with leadership and executive management.

Mary Cruz - SPHR obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2015. In terms of their education, they attended Dallas Baptist University from 2002 to 2007 and earned a master's degree in Organizational Management. Later, from 2017 to 2019, Mary Cruz pursued a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law at Tulane University Law School, specializing in Employment Law.
