Venkata Palepu

Venkata Palepu is an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in application development and automation. Currently at WB Solutions LLC since May 2017, Venkata designed and developed the "eTrack" application for tracking employee records and payroll processes. Previously, Venkata worked as an Application Developer at Comcast, contributing to the Frictionless Program to enhance the order to install process for small and medium businesses. At ITDEA Technologies, Venkata developed the Automated Trouble Ticket Administration System for managing customer trouble tickets. Venkata holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University - Kakinada.
