Jason Newton is an experienced news anchor and reporter with a career spanning over two decades in the broadcasting industry. Currently serving at WBAL-TV11, Inc. since March 2013, Jason previously held similar positions at WISN-TV from October 2006 to November 2013 and WBOC-TV from January 2000 to June 2006. Jason also worked as a producer at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore for a brief period in 2006. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland, which was completed between 1995 and 2000.
