Casper Zulim de Swarte has extensive experience in the field of sustainable food systems and nutrition. Currently holding a senior management position at WBCSD, Casper is also a board member at Smart Food Alliance. Previously, Casper worked as a strategic consultant at Schuttelaar & Partners and held policy positions at the Ministerie van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit. With a background in Biology with a major in Nutrition and Metabolism, Casper has consistently worked towards developing sustainable, healthy, and fair food systems through their various roles in research, innovation, and policy development.
