Brittany Weiss is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting and reporting, currently serving as an Anchor/Reporter at WBRZ-TV since August 2012. Prior to this role, Brittany worked at WXVT in a similar capacity from November 2011 to August 2012, and began their career in media with positions at AOL as a Video Editor, encompassing responsibilities such as filming and editing content. Experience includes essential administrative support at Wells Fargo Financial and a series of internships at prestigious organizations like WLS-TV ABC 7, CBS News New York, and KCCI CBS 8, contributing to various news production efforts. Brittany holds a degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism, and Political Science from Drake University.

WBRZ’S award winning news offers exclusive investigations, weather and is the home of LSU sports. As the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters’ Community Station of the Year, we also put on several community service projects every year such as Pats Coats for Kids, Fill a Prescription and Stuff the Bus.
