Chassity Oubre possesses extensive experience in graphic design and media production, currently serving as a News Graphic Operator at WBRZ-TV since October 2019, where responsibilities include creating in-house graphics using Photoshop and After Effects, managing content in the AP ENPS Client, and editing news packages in Edius. Previously, Chassity worked with Nexstar Media Group, Inc. as a Graphic Editor and Production Assistant, focusing on graphic creation and operational support for news broadcasts. Additional experience includes roles in sports reporting and administration, ticketing and customer service in athletics, and community engagement through various volunteer positions. Chassity holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration from Louisiana State University and is pursuing a Certification in Technical Studies in Medical Billing and Coding.

WBRZ’S award winning news offers exclusive investigations, weather and is the home of LSU sports. As the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters’ Community Station of the Year, we also put on several community service projects every year such as Pats Coats for Kids, Fill a Prescription and Stuff the Bus.
