Neil Clive Fowler is a prominent professional in the fields of finance and risk management, holding multiple leadership roles since 2000. As the Managing Director of The Certificate of Bank Treasury Risk Management (BTRM) since June 2014, Neil oversees a comprehensive professional qualification in ALM. In addition, as Managing Director of The Machine Learning Institute Certificate in Finance (MLI) since June 2018, Neil directs a rigorous machine learning program tailored for quantitative finance. Neil also leads Quants Hub as Managing Director since November 2013, and serves as Founder and Co-owner of World Business Strategies, which specializes in organizing quant workshops and conferences.
